Initiate Your Request
Log into your SuperAuto account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn clothing and accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
